Exchange & Returns
We provide a customer friendly policy to ensure you have a hassle free shopping experience with us. We are there with you even after your purchase. However, we request you to read our terms and conditions prior to making a purchase:

REFUND MODE & DURATION

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. For payments made via credit/debit cards, the refund will be credited to the same card, while for payments made via net banking or UPI, the refund will be processed to the same bank account or UPI ID. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, with an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on the bank or payment provider.

 

Return:
As a company policy, we do not take returns on goods once sold. Customized product not to provide in COD Payment method.

Exchange:
We ONLY provide size exchange. We DO NOT provide product exchange.
Exchange is only allowed ONCE PER ORDER.
In case of a size issue, we request the customer to write to us at support care@slimdart.com  within 48hours of delivery. Once the mail has been acknowledged by our team, we will arrange a reverse pick up from their location. A return charge of ?100 will be borne by the customer.The reverse pick up
facility might not be available for some pin codes, in such cases the customer is requested to courier the product at the address mentioned below for size exchange.Once our team receives the product,
it will undergo a quality check. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT IN UNUSED CONDITION WITH THE TAGS AND INVOICE. Only when the product is in perfect condition, will the new item be dispatched from our facility. The quality check might take up to 24 hours after we receive the product.

If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through email, we will not process the return.
Products bought during sale or discount periods are non-exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for such products

Damaged/Wrong Delivery:
When a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at care@slimdart.com
Our team will arrange a reverse pick up and we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.

Cancellation:
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at care@slimdart.com
A refund will be processed after deducting the payment gateway charges (3%).

Disclaimer:
Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Wash Care:
The following washing instructions must be followed carefully to prolong the life of your garments:

Since the fabric is dyed using natural dyes, it may bleed colour on coming in contact with water for the first time.
Handwash separately in cold water with mild detergent. Do not machine wash or machine dry.
Do not soak cotton dresses for more than five minutes.
Wash only similar coloured garments together.
Drying cotton clothes under direct sun may cause fading. Dry your clothes inside out in shade to keep their colours intact.
All our cottons are handloom woven. Moderate shrinkage may be expected.
Water is precious. Wash garments only when necessary. Airing it after every use will keep them fresh for use, a couple of times.
